In October 2023 we had the opportunity to try the "Free-hand menu" experience at the special table, the asador, with a view of the kitchen and above all a view of the grill. It is a menu of around 10 courses, which in fact are unknown, since the chefs will decide on the spot, freely, what to let the diners taste. It is an all-round experience. In fact, not only does it allow you to taste more dishes in obviously smaller portions, but it also allows you to speak directly with the chefs, ask questions, see the preparation of the dishes up close, all without realizing that you are in a crowded restaurant, since the other diners are behind you. The atmosphere of the place is generally quite intimate and thus becomes even more so. The courses were all exquisite, from the simplest processes such as tasting pure meats, to the more studied and refined ones. Each bite made you yearn for the next. The very kind staff guided us throughout the entire journey, making us feel pampered. An experience that I highly recommend, especially for slightly special occasions!

The experience at "Il Grill del Grillo" was a discovery and very positive. The location is simple, as seen in the photo, well-kept with good parking and tables sufficiently spaced to ensure good privacy. The service is accurate. The staff is kind, polite and very knowledgeable, able to explain the dishes available and give suggestions regarding any doubts. The menu is of great quality and extensive. The specialty is meat: there are different cuts and different qualities that are difficult to find in other restaurants of the same type. Furthermore, the desserts are homemade and are also very special. The cost is commensurate with the choice of dishes and in any case you pay for the quality; and in this place if you want good meat it is the right place. To conclude, an excellent restaurant that I highly recommend to those who love meat.

We were there for dinner with other friends... what can I say spectacular! We started with an aperitif, nothing particularly exaggerated, perhaps you could bring something more typical and tasty As an appetizer we had a Brado platter and a deer in the woods. All very good, excellent cured meats and the venison on the skewer melted in your mouth. Following - EXTRA-MATURE 600+ DAYS: Very good... succulent and tasty meat - SLICED ENTRECOTE SELECTION PANTANO MEATS 300g with Stracciatella di Burrata: dish executed very well, the only flaw is the wateriness of the burrata which makes the meat too watered down, causing it to lose its flavour. - SCOTTONA FILLET BLACK ANGUS FILIERA ITALY GRILLO version: what can I say... very good! Spectacular meat and the combination with the turnip greens cream goes very well - WAGYU CA'NEGRA TOTAL ITALIAN SUPPLY CHAIN: really good fillet, excellent cooking and sublime flavour. All seasoned with baked potatoes, not the best I've tasted, but still good. To conclude we took: - NOT CANNOLO - A THOUSAND CARAMELIZED APPLES - BBQ COOKED TART The deconstructed cannoli is the best of the three...the other two are good but I wouldn't take them again. To finish, coffee and bitters, but when it was time to pay we were offered a second round. 1 bottle of primitivo 1 glass of white 2 bottles of water Price 65x5 =€325 More than positive experience, good products and expertly cooked. The aperitif is a little expensive for the appetizers brought and the desserts could be improved. Definitely a great experience to try again!
